For the duration of the program all selected founders are required to relocate into the heart of Transylvania, Oradea!
This immersive approach ensures full engagement, close mentorship, and a collaborative startup environment.
Founders participating in the program will receive free housing in Oradea, ensuring they can fully focus on their startups without financial burdens.
To support founders in staying focused, the program provides a daily meal, ensuring they can dedicate their time and effort entirely to building their startup without logistical concerns.
The incubator kicks off with an intensive Startup Camp, where founders will refine their ideas, set OKRs, and forge strong connections with their peers, program managers, and operators.
Beyond strategy and planning, the experience is designed to push limits—challenging founders to step out of their comfort zones through adventure in the mountains, fostering resilience, and deepening their bond as a community.
Startups will set Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) during the initial Startup Camp. Every week, founders will check in to track progress, adjust strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.
Founders will have access to a team of Operators in Residence, professionals who offer hands-on support in legal, design, and programming—key areas essential for building a successful startup.
Work closely with experienced founders who have navigated the highs and lows of building a startup.
